Saturday we had the wedding of
Rebecca & Steven! I had such a great time shooting this wedding and Rebecca's family was wonderful to be around. Everybody was really welcoming during the
pre-ceremony shots and we got some really funny
candids. The ceremony itself was beautiful and the church had perfect lighting for shooting without a flash mounted on the camera. The reception was at a pub that had a downstairs function hall. The hall itself was perfect for celebrating a wedding and the staff was extremely nice to me. I'm more than happy with how the pictures came out and I cannot wait to finish them up in the next coming weeks! The images posted above are just a few of my quick favorites for everybody to enjoy... Linette and I couldn't wait to shoot these engagement pictures for Jen & Josh! They are from CT but wanted to have their engagement session in and around Boston. The weather was PERFECT! and we had a clear blue sky for the entire shoot. Linette shot with me on this shoot and did an incredible job! She went with the 200mm lens while I used a wider lens for the more full shots. Jen & Josh were awesome to work with and we both had a blast working with them! I cannot wait to shoot there wedding this October in CT. We started out in the city and ended up at a beach in South Boston. We had plenty of light to work with so we were able to get some really natural looking shots at just about every location. Posted above are just a few favorites for the happy couple to enjoy! Back to the North End we go! Shannon and Mike got engaged in the North End so that made the location extra special for the both of them. There was rain in the forecast but we didn't end up getting one drop on us! The sky was overcast which made it seem like one giant softbox making the lighting perfect for photography. We walked around quite a bit and shot at some really neat locations. My favorite was the baseball field and the giant stairway we found on the way back to the car on Commercial Street. I'm really happy with the results and I must be because I finished them in one day! I'm shooting their big day in October so those will be on the blog at the end of the year. Everybody had such a great time and I'm excited to see them again in October! Two more shoots to go before the end of the weekend! A wedding tomorrow and another engagement shoot in Boston on Sunday! Today we had the engagement pictures of Kathleen & Kurt. They contacted me back in December of 2008 and went ahead and booked me for their wedding. A few weeks ago I had a shoot with Kathleen and her bridesmaids/girlfriends and I couldn't wait to finally shoot her engagement pictures. We ended up going back to the same location that we did the "Friend Shoot" in because the garden was just beautiful and perfect for more intimate pictures. They were both awesome to work with and I'm really happy with how these images came out. We got a lot of cool and funky shots by using unusual area's in the garden. I cannot wait to shoot their wedding in July at the 
I had a great time with Lanie and John today in the North End area of Boston. The weather turned out to be perfect and the location was just beautiful. There are a lot of funky alleyways and settings in the North End and I was so happy to finally shoot there. I posted some of my favorite images so far above for everyone to look at and I'm excited to finish up the rest of them this week. I can't wait to shoot their wedding in October at the Holiday Inn in Boxborough, MA. Definitely be on the look out for those images this fall... Enjoy!
Words really can't describe how incredible this wedding turned out to be! When I first met Karen and Matt they warned me that their wedding would be far from traditional. They sure weren't lying! Everything was amazing and the wedding reflected on the bride and grooms personality perfectly... From the ceremony to the reception was a parade of excitement! The food was amazing and the DJ had all 200+ people dancing away the entire night. I was so excited being there to document their big day and both of their families were so easy to be around. I really can't wait to finish up these pictures and I posted a few of my quick favorites above. The happy couple put a ton of effort into their wedding and every second of it was worth it! Today was such a fun shoot... Kathleen has me booked for her upcoming wedding in July of 2009 but decided that she wanted to do a shoot with her best friends before the big day! We started out at a really beautiful garden in North 
This Saturday we had the wedding of Jan and Rob. Jan contacted me a long time ago and I was so excited to finally shoot her big day. She is from out of town so we only got to meet each other one time before the wedding. The weather turned out to be beautiful and everything went smoothly. We took some great shots down by the beach after the ceremony and I should have those up on the website in the next few weeks. Instead of the traditional DJ they had a really great rock band that played everything you wouldn't expect to hear at a wedding which made for a really fun time! Everyone seemed to enjoy it including myself. The food was very good and the dessert bar was even better. Above are just a few samples from their big day! I will be adding more to the website when they are completed... By the way WE ARE MARRIED! 4-18-09 was our big day! Everything went off perfectly and the honeymoon was amazing... I sure do miss that crystal clear water from the Bahamas! I'm also a new fan of fruity drinks! :)
